call center agents have a bad attitude
The customer service at home choice had a bad attitude. I have a problem with my order and have phoned several times to get assistance and spoke to several agents but they all drop my call before i can get assisted. My previous order got cancelled because their driver went to an incorrect address and i wasn't even contacted.
