I have an account with home choice of which I requested a settlement amount because I wanted to close the account for some reasons. Then I got the settlement amount on the 17th June 2023 and made the exact settlement amount payment on the very day. still have that settlement amount even today. to my surprise today they sent me an statement that I owe them and my account is in arrears. I called customer service no one answers my question?? as a customer. I need to know why do I still owe whereas I paid the settlement amount. I'm fed up with home choice
