Buy 1 get 1 free soo misleading

I ordered the buy 1 get 1 free Milea Towels 9 piece, l ordered 3 sets meaning l would receive 6 sets. But upon delievery of my order l only received 3 sets with no free ones. l emailed and phoned and was told it will be sorted 3 weeks later my free gifts were sent through the post office and again it was the wrong things.instead of receiving the 9 piece Milea l got the 5 piece Penny Chocolate set. l phoned and l was told the 9 piece was out of sort so they could only give me the 5 piece ones. l asked if l can return them so l can get different colours and l was told no u can not because the it the only colour left,l went on their website and checked and to my surprise they were different colours available of that 5 piece sets. l phoned again to such a rude agent and l was given to the manager who was also equally as rude.He said its your choice to return them but know that you will not receive anything else even if you are paying your account technically we do not owe you anything because you got the 9 piece ones so the wrong ones are just a gift.I asked him why he did not call me to say the 9 piece are out of stock we are sending you the 5 piece ones.HONESTLY AM SOO disappointed
