You requested your courier Fastway to collect all good but when it reached your warehouse your *********** staff which catches me by no surprise doesn't OPEN THE PACKAGE AND INSPECT THEY JUST SCANNED IN THE BAG OF THE ONE DUVET SET WGERE BOTH WERE PAVKER IN SINCE UT WAS A ZIP BACK SO TO SECURE IT FOR YOUR DAMN SAKE AND NOW I GET TOLD I NEVER RETURNER THE 1X DUVET SET I GET HARRASSED EVERY DAMN DAY WKTH CALLS SMS EMAIL YOU NAME. HOW MANY DAMN TIMES HAVE I CONTACTED HOMECHOICE AND ASKED TO RECHECK THE PHYSICAL ITEMS OPEN THE DAMN PACKAGE AND INSPECT NOW BECAUSE OF YOUR LACK OF INCOMPETENCE I HAVE TO DEAL WITH YOUR **** EVERYDAY I WAS EVEN HANDED OVER TO YOUR DAMN DEBT COLLECTOR!!!
THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED I WILL NOT PAY A CENT I HAVE NOTHING ON MY PREMISES OF YOURS!!! GET YOU ASSES IN GEAR AND DO YOUR DAMN WORK WITH PRIDE AND PROFESSIONALISM NOT BADGER US WHO RETURNED YOUR GOODS IN ORDER AND WITH GOOD FAITH BUT HAVE A BUNCH *********** STAFF AT YOUR WAREHOUSE. I'VE ESCALATED THIS MATTER SO MANY TIMES NO GETS BACK TO YOU!!!!
