Broken Promises

I have ordered a BED + Bass 3 weeks ago with a FREE headboard. Everything was fine at check out and the invoice matched the products and delivery. I have only received the Bed+Bass however HomeChoice refuses to deliver the FREE headboard as per their marketing email. I have sent numerous emails and phone calls however they only respond by saying it was escalated... there is no feedback and no resolution time.
