I bought Sleigh-type bed and mattress during July 2013.During March 2014 I returned to the store to complain that the bedpost broke.Salesman informed that I return the bed to the store.I told him that I do not have a bakkie-vehicle.I returned to the store,delivering the broken bed and was informed that the guarantee period has lapsed.However,after a phone call to the initial Salesman,the shop was prepared to repair the bed.A new sales lady,Desiree,t told \the company"should have fetched the bed on my complaint as I payed for the delivery.Helderberg International Importers"
