Bought in January and still awaiting delivery now

In January I bought a 52 piece allure dinner set in January 2015, after waiting a whole month for my delivery I went to check at the local post office if my things have arrived, when I got there indeed it was there, I checked the invoice attached to the parcel, it mentioned that I should receive 2 boxes, the one I got had a 12 piece set. both these boxes making up the 52 set had different parcel numbers on the invoice.<br> <br> I contacted Home choice call center in February 2015, they confirmed that the other box had been returned to them and referred me to talk to another department
