Blatantly rude verification agent, argued with me and hung up on me

Just had a man on the phone from the verification department. Says his name is Dylan. Please will you take up your disciplinary steps with him. He was very rude to me on the phone. Very cheeky. Says it's a simple yes or no answer, argued with me a few times. Dismissed and talked over me. I won't be leaving this as this is a very serious offense and I will be reporting it further that you allow your agents to be so bluntly rude to customers. Best of all he hung up on me.
