Blanket not delivered since 02-Dec-2022

I bought a blanket for cash on 02-Dec-2022 and still haven't received my parcel even though they captured my order as delivered on 28-Dec-2022. Worst part there is even though l call and send e-mails there is no update which makes me wonder if l will ever get my parcel
