blacklisted wrongly

Kindly note that according to the profile, the order referred to was returned and credited on 18/12/2019 already and thus shouldn't be reflecting on the credit bureau as an active account and also because the profile is blocked. Unfortunately we can't provide details as it reflects on the profile, but can advise that the goods that were ordered (and returned) was a 5-piece luggage set.
