blacklisted for refusing to pay for goods i did not receive

i ordered a bedding set at homechoice last year and waited for it to be delivered and had an assurance that they will request my ID AT DELIVERY SO THEY CAN BE SURE THAT IT IS ME, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED THE BEDDING SETS I ORDERED INSTEAD I RECEIVED A MESSAGE STATING THAT THE GOODS WERE DELIVERED TO ME, i phoned them to ask who signed for them because i waited all day but no one came so they gave me a name of a person i do not know so i told them that no one came, i signed for nothing and i dont know that person so they said it will be investigated. all these months i have been waiting for the outcomes of the investigation but i got none instead they blacklisted me i found that out when i went to open a credit i needed, i then phoned them again to find out about the outcomes of the investigation as i did all they have asked of me, and sent multiple affidavits they requested so they directed me to find out from homechoice ***** disputes of which i did so they said they were done with the investigation and my name was cleared so they will send me a clearance certificate before friday last week, i waited but i never received the certificate i phoned again on monday to ask homechoice to cancel our agreement because i did not receive their goods and them blacklisting me was unfair because it affects me negatively and that their ***** dispute site said the investigation was concluded and my name was cleared so they said they cannot cancel the agreement until i send them the clearance certificate so i must phone again from the ***** dispute to email it to me so that i can send it to them so i phoned again and yet here i am still waiting and has not received the clearance letter yet so i am so angry because i have never had any issues regarding paying my accounts for being blacklisted by a company that does not care about its customers.
