Blacklisted for R4.75 - The account was paid up and confirmed by Homechoice

After the full payment of my account in Dec 2020 Homechoice sent me a letter informing me that the account is paid up. In the past week I learned from a Credit Buro that Homechoice has blacklisted me with them for the amount of R4.75 (Four rand and seventy-five cents). Numerous e-mails to them are still not read or responded to. Their confirmation letters are useless!
