Bizarre phone call

I placed an order on Saturday and this morning just less than ten minutes ago I receive a call from a consultant named Vuyiswa or something, if you check using my number you can trace the call. She calls and says she's calling from homechoice and I reply with an okay and she she proceeds to tell me calls are recorded and moves on to saying I should confirm my id number... I ask her what the call is regarding because I am at work, she never asked me whether it was a good time to speak or anything like that. She then says sarcastically "You don't have to be rude sweetheart, geez" then slams the phone, what ******* is this. I would have appreciated it if she had proper telephone etiquette and not assumed I was just waiting for her call or atleast had the decency to answer my question. Your employees represent the brand, at this rate I don't think I want to proceed with my order.
