Billing ne R2900 for stuff I never received

Billing me for R2900...yet I have not received any items. And I cannot login to my account, because Homechoice dont know how to update my adress and new telephone number. Even after I sent all my documentation twice. No one ever phones me back...No one seems to be able to fix this mess. I will not pay for something I did not get or signed for!!!
