BIGGEST REGRET OF MY LIFE!!!!!

I placed an order on the 3rd of June 2020 and to date I am still waiting for my order. I keep on calling Homechoice and no one can give me a clear response. I have requested for my money to be refunded and still nothing is happening. They keep on telling me about a 7 - 14 working days and this is since June 2020. This is the poorest service I’ve received by far, I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK as winter is almost over. Biggest regret of my life was paying upfront.
