Berlin lounge sets

December 2013 my wife bought the Berlin lounge set with the reclining options.

And a year later it was paid off. A condition of Homechoice was that whilst the installments are being paid, the set will be covered by insurance for any defects or faults. Just beyond a year, the "bonded leather" set is flaking and peeling of like PVC and the set now looks like it's 20 yrs old.

Are we to be held ransom when we intend to reduce our monthly expenses by opting to save by freeing up accounts. This lounge set is truly a disaster from the quality perspective , so what's the difference between bonded leather and imitation, they both seem to perish the same or is bonded leather a glorified term for cheap vinyl, that is passed off at higher prices?

So now , Homechoice sells lounge covers, is this meant to be a solution for potential and faithful customers to rectify a poor product at their own costs.
