Being harassed by telecommunications

I have been harassed every day by Homechoice. I don't have an account with them and I have even sent a compliant to their department without avail. This is clearly a violation , especially since I never signed up for any marketing nor had an account with them. I dont know how many different numbers they have been using , I lost count after 10 different numbers.
