Be quick
It's amazing how the agents are quickly to call when ordering but slow to answer returns. I placed an order on Tuesday and it was delivered to today 21/06/2019. The goods were not as I expected and were too big so I sent not 1 but 5 sms of wanting a reference so I can return them within 14 days from arrival as the policy states. Nothing has been done. No call b
