Bad/poor service

It's almost a month now trying to resolve one issue of a short delivery,they only respond or call when they see a bad review on this site,with demands, they demanded I send them an affidavit which I did but to my surprise I'm still sitting with the same problem, home choice service is very poor.their agents are very rude when you have a query but pretend to be friendly when they want you to order,homechoice please resolve this query already either you cancel or send the goods I do not see anything difficult in that I sent an affidavit as you requested moss, will only resume payment once it is resolved I can't be paying for something I do not own sorry.
