Badgering & Harassment
The sheer number of times per day that this company calls me should be *******. Seriously, I honestly South African should punish companies that engage in these badgering their clients into buying goods they hardly need. I am a sales consultant myself, but I know that calling a client more than 5 times a day is harassment. What's more, I have expressly stated that I don't want to receive any more calls from their agents. I have blocked more than 100 different numbers identified as belonging to Home Choice and would dearly love the peace & quiet of going a year without the badgering and harassment one gets from a company that will turn a profit whether I buy another set of pots or not.

The badgering has actually had the opposite effect, turning me off the company. Here's hoping this helps you in reviewing your marketing practises going forward.
