bad treatment and rudeness

<p>Good day i have a problem with home choice my wife bought a beeding cash and she wasnt impressed with the order so she had to return it and the promised to refund her after 14 days which they havent even bothered so she has been trying to call them but they sending her from pillar to post . i have tried call the call centre but the lady by the name of bongeka was rude to me and and she has been rude . the only thing i want its a refund nothing more or else im disgusted the treatment i have receiving from home choice it makes mad i will never buy from the business i will also ask my family to boycott this stu[pid company which doesnt care about their customers as long as they chow their money nxa.</p>
