Bad, slow service.
Ordered a bread making machine which was despatched on the 23rd July...I get a text from Homechoice on the 25th saying "Good news, your parcel is on its way"...today they tell me it could take up to 14 days to get here...I stay about 20kms away. I've ordered from Takealot Cape Town and it only takes two days to arrive in Jhb! ...and unlike Homechoice, delivery is free. Service is shocking...Attitudes are just as bad. How are these people even in business?
