BAD SERVICE/UNHAPPY CLIENT

i purchased a 7 piece cast iron pot set from Homechoice, i am still battling to get helped as the pan that i received with the set isnt finished off and i cant even use the pan as the surface isnt cooking friendly, despite numerous attempts to get answers and helped the monthly debit orders goes off....
