Bad services by home choice

I'm very frustrated and home choice is playing games 4months ago I discovered that I was blacklisted by home choice for an account that my I've never had with them I called them and they said I must email an affidavit and a copy of my I'd which I did the following day I called them to check if they've received it they wanted the email address I used and they confirmed that they have received it and was told that the quiry will take a month to be resolved now its months later and nothing has been done and when I phone them I'm taken from Peter to Paul now I'm told that my file has been sold to whoever.out of frustration I posted on Hello peter and the next day I got a message from Monique that I consulted will call me shortly to help with the quiry now its a week and I've never received any call and when I tried to call her the agent tell me they are not allowed to transfer calls to her and they can't help since my file has been sold
