I ordered a heater from homechoice last October 2015, they said they delivered it to my home address to third party on my behalf. I told them that i didn't receive it and i was told to send affidavit and certified copy of my id, recieved a conformation by phone call that they got documents. I recieve calls everyday saying that i have to pay and that my account is in arrears, i worried about my credit status and that they are slow on their investigations. What can i do to make them to stop calling me to pay.

12 May 2016, 15:52Why can't home choice solve my problem rather than making it worse, now mbd attorneys are calling me to settle the amount that i owe home choice.
I am still waiting for investigation report from home choice about the heater i never received.
Can somebody advise me how to deal with them?
