Bad services

I am a first time buyer but I want to cancel the purchase cause I have been calling home choice telling them that the courier company have missed placed my package and they told me that I must want for 14 days it's now 16 days and have not received my package I had to call them again and they telling me that they have transferred it to a department. I don't want that package if it's not delivered by Monday you can cancel it.
