bad service/bunch of *********** staff

I've never dealt with such *********** bunch they are rude and their level of customer service is bad especially a lady by the name of ongezwa she is like her name or whatever her name is useless and when their system if offline they cant take messages she just told me that i need to call back and she cant take a message because she does not have a pen and paper what nonsense is that .
