Bad service with home choice

I have a bad experience with home choice I discovered when I tried to apply for a credit card that I was listed with the credit bureau by home choice for an account that I've never had with them,I tried contacting them they said I must send an affidavit and a copy of my I'd which I did and they promised to look into it and they told me it would take a month to sought it out its now 4 month and when I call them I'm referred from peter to Paul with no luck and in the mean time I can't apply for credit anywhere.
