Bad Service, Poor Poor

I made a Order online on the 12 of June today is the 20th of July still nothing has came through. I wrote emails for tracking my parcel but no response, I wrote on Facebook but still nothing. What is surprising is that they sent me a bill for the month but where are the blankets. m***m
