Bad service owes me money

I ordered curtains from homechoice bt still i havent recieved it i tried going to a post office but then i cant even find the right post office and now when i asked for a refund homechoice wanted to give it as credit but i need it as cash i ln my bank account but til this day still havent recieved my cash back. Why is it so hard for homechoice to pay my money back and yet so easy for use to take my money your service is bad i want my money back today your service is bad bad.
