Bad service of account
I receive an account every month which includes interest, for something I bought last year. And you just cannot get hold of them. When their tele sales people call and you tell it to them, they say they will have their accounts department call you, but they never do. This is the worst service I have ever received.

10 May 2024, 12:36Just so that everyone knows, if you buy something on terms but pay it within a month, Homechoice does not take away the interest. You are supposed to smell that you need a settlement letter. For me this is ******** and I will never support them again. They come with long stories and will not admit that what they do is wrong, and that they take people's hard earned money even though they did not earn it.
