Bad Service Homechoice CT

I have had the worst experience with the above mentioned business. they keep debiting my bank account for items I have not received. even after I asked them to stop the debit orders and they sent me an sms to say they have cancelled the debit orders but come monthend ...boom debit goes off I have called and emailed on numerous occasions but all no joy. I want to close the account totally. because the last thing I need right now is unnecessary stress
