Bad Service Homechoice

I would never ever refer anyone to Homechoice they are the worse in customer service ever and does not own up to their mistakes, instead of fixing the problem and resolve your issue fairly they just make excuses by lying im still not satisfied with my feedback from them and up to date my inquiry was just partly resolved as my previous males and reference numbers does not mean anything even the wrong information provided by them is not considered they do not want to accept their mistake and assist a customer in professional way they only want you to pay and pay and make your credit report looks bad by punting incorrect information on it up to date they never excepted the mistake and rectify it on their system as well on my credit report by updating the status.

Im very disappointed in Homechoice they come across as this good company with good customer service but that is not the case i dont know what i can do just in order for them to assist me.

Shame on you Homechoice.
