Bad service from their courier

i ordered the Belmont dream bedroom suite, and been charged also for assembling, their courier company came and they started assembling the bed, all to find out they left some parts and they have to go back before one pm. i trusted them, give them my old bed, they never came back my house is a mess with parts all over the bedroom my kids has no where to sleep because of them. i called the head office yesterday and the told me they will make sure i get help today. Today is already three my kids slept on a couch, and i am not getting help. Think twice if you want material thing from them, when they want you to order they call u every second but customer service not helping at all is bad. Ref: ********** 53
