bad service from Homechoice

I have bought some bedding from Homechoice and upon delivery of the products i realised that the Quilt is in bad quality and made the return via some courier company called ITT- I then sent an email after waiting for Homechoice to contact me- my email was responded by some lady called Candice Rittels who then asked me to send her proof of payment - which i did but couldn't send it as PDF and she refused to help me and she also asked the confirmation email confirming that i have placed and paid the order and i forwarded the email - she then told me that it must be a pdf...till today i am still waiting for my return..

her service is hell together with home choice.
