Bad service from homechoice

Today im really fed up and very unhappy with homechoice customer service. I placed 2 orders some time ago requesting it be sent to my sister in Port Elizabeth as a gift. The orders were sent. I then contacted homechoice to cange my delivery adress back to my Pretoria adress Brugstreet 958

I placed an order and it was sent to PE then redirected to homechoice. When I wanted to re-order it was out of stock. I phoned again to change my adress back. I then placed a new order for a cookware set, a sheet set and 2 oven dishes. Again the courier called me from PE. I immediately called homechoice and was told it would be redirected to my adress in Pretoria. 2 weeks later still no word so I called again. I was told it was redirected back to homechoice again. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the phone was abruptly disconnected.

Im really not happy. Is this the way good, loyal customers are treated

I wont re-order again it is their responsibility to. speed deliver my order..the last i will ever order
