Bad Service

I am consistently paying my account every month with debit order, my credit profile on Clear Score it shows my account is in areas and I missed the January payment and that led my score go down with 23 points. I called in, I was assisted by an arrogant consultant who instead of sorting out the mess she was arguing with me.

Once I am done with this account I will never buy from home choice ever. I am done.
