Bad Service ever

I have a big problem account was opened ********** in my name last year March. I contacted homechoice then send all documents required 2020 /September. The problem is now am on credit bureau I can't apply for any financial services. I need a letter that say I don't Own you money of which I don't, I spoke to an agent called Lyndon on Facebook ask my id and gave the person never came back to me. It's easy to open ***** accounts but difficult to get help I need name to be removed from Credit bureau
