bad service ever

Their consultant by the name of Natalie, was so rude, bully, unprofessional as the word "customer service" to her doesn't apply. she shout on the phone and want to be heard without listening to what is being said and inquired to her. when asking her to speak to someone who will understand my need she hang up.
