Bad service ever

Since I have reported the damaged fridge that was delivered to me on 19/02/3021. I have been send from back to Fourth when calling them. I then contacted hello peter is where somebody called my acting like a they apologize for what happen where I was offered R300 voucher for my next purchase and a blanket . but I told them if there is no discount on that damage fridge they rather send me a new fridge and collect the damage one as there is no communication .I have to call to get an update. They promise to call today its already late nothing has happened.
