Bad service ever

Since I paid off my account 4 months back I received my pay up letter but even now m not yet cleared on credit score. This is a bad service ever as I can't do anything, they always tell me that I m going to be cleared , now 4 months has passed . For only R29 which I don't even know where it comes from as i paid everything n they made me pay another R29 for interest because I was not cleared by that time . This is a **** company ever which we even pay for high interest .the best way was to treat us well.
