Bad service end broken promises

I bought a automatic washing machine at Homechoice four years ago I payed for couple months then I was retrenched I struggled for few months I could not pay the acc no longer then home choice took me to VVM attorneys I got a new job paying the acc R200 every mnth but the credit was going high every mnth when I complaint to VVM they said its because of Tha areas I told them then the is no use of me paying the acc anymore cause it's like I'm playing the credit is going high every mnth to cut the long story short I told them to call me when they will offer me a discount so then Homechoice gave the discount i payed the amount I was asked to pay now Homechoice dies not want to clear my name they are offering me credit again and I want nothing to do with them anymore all i want is paid up letter like they promised its been 2mnths now I want that payed up letter pls
