BAD SERVICE DISGUSTING!

So after speaking to at least ten consultants over a period of more than a month and making endless calls ( at my expense) then being put on hold only to have the line cut, progress has been made. Today after receiving the same pathetic service I called again. I got through to Nolen who actually took the time to assist me. He then handed over the query to Levinia and finally this query is now really being dealt with. I will never be buying from Homechoice again because customer service isn't a priority and a reference number means zilch. They expect you to read all the t&c's even though they communicate via what seems to be an automated email response that does'nt mention you have to use a POST OFFICE when sending back an item. I used POSTNET and this caused so much confusion that nobody bothered to assist me. Ts&Cs says Insured POST so go figure.Bottom line, after service, is horrific and I would not advise anyone to purchase from them. To all those consultants that didn't lift a finger to assist me just know you got paid for doing nothing and when you receive the same pathetic service its karma...<br> Thanks Nolen and Levinia for actually doing your job.
