Bad Service Delivery

Company that has no idea what customer care actually means. Consultants are clueless and rude. Shocking service. Placed my order about 2 week back, delivery still has not been done and these are items I planned to give to my family for Christmas presents. I'm am done. I've requested to cancel my account.
