Bad Service

I have ordered blankets on the 26th of April and on the 27 of April I received an sms with the tracking number and link.the sms said my order will speedily be delivered by DPD laser and since then I haven't received my order and I don't have any feedback or update about what is happening, I've been trying to call and email both homechoice and Dpd laser it's either they don't know why it's taking long or they hang up the phones and they don't respond to my emails, people who have ordered after me have received their order but mine have just disappeared into the air, my trucking number is PFS***5
