Bad service

I ordered blankets last year and that i got an sms saying a courier company will be delivering my parcel within 3 days that was in NOVEMBER last year. After 3 days i got a sms again saying i received my parcel through a third party,i immediately contacted homechoice that no one came to my house to deliver or even call me. And i was told to go to a police station to make an affidavit. I did just that and since last year no communication or whats so ever from homechoice and i cant make any orders now. Everytime i call them regardinh this matter they send me from pillar to post. And worse i keep getting calls now and then saying i qualify for special and when i explain to them my situation they hang up and if find it rude.
