Bad service

It is now more than 2minth since I had a query with homechoice they have now stopped answering my emails but keep sending me massagesbfir payment, clearly the only thing that is important at Homechoice is payment ,I'm still waiting for my order to be completed or payment payment amount to be rectified I will not pay for goods that I do not have. What is your TAT, it can't be 3 months
