Bad service

I am getting a bad service from homechoice, I booked a UPS for repairs, 60 days later I am getting no feedback, I am calling every day for assistance, I am being told to wait for 48hrs, the service is very apouling, I am so angry, the service is very poor, if only I knew, I should have not done business with, homechoice, I bought this devices to work with now I might loose my job due to this bad service. 😡😡😡😡😡😡
