Bad service

I made orders at Home choice, when they were about to deliver they told me that they don't delive in my area. Then I canceled the order. On the 25 November 2023 they deducted monthly installment of things that I didn't receive. I called the customer care and they told me to email affidavit that I didn't receive the order then I sent them the affidavit. Until today I didn't receive my money back. So painful.
