BAD SERVICE BY HOME CHOICE AND THEIR COURIER SERVICE FAST AND FURIOUS

I have a very bad experience with Home Choice and the Courier Services they make use of : Fast and Courier Services. I have placed my order on 11 May 2020, and still did not receive my order as on today 29 June 2020. They said they tried to deliver on 5 June 2020, but I do not believe it, as there are always people at home, and we do not see any delivery van on our CCV video for that day. I have supp**** my telephone number for them to phone when the deliver. No calls so far. The amount is payable by tomorrow , but I still did not receive any delivery. And when i phone the Delivery service there are only an answering machine answering. Although somebody answered the other day and I asked the lady to phone me back to advise then the delivery will be done. Nobody got back to me.
